RELIABILITY OF ELEMENTS OF A MOBILE DRILLING COMPLEX UNDER STATISTICAL DATA WHEN OPERATING IN CONDITIONS OF WESTERN SIBERIA

In order to increase the flow rate of oil and gas wells, it is necessary to carry out a set of works on current and capital repairs. For the repair of wells used mobile drilling complexes (MDC) KB-210. The data on the causes and downtime of 77 units of MDC KB-210 operated in the fields of Western Siberia were collected and analyzed. MDC KB-210 are operated in adverse environmental conditions with a high level and non-stationary operating loads, and as a result, often an insufficient level of functional reliability, which leads to large amounts of repair and restoration work, with frequent replacement of the life-fulfilling elements. Depending on the importance of the element, failure often leads to stopping of the entire process of well repair and, as a consequence, to large economic losses. Therefore, one of the important directions in the problem of managing the reliability of interbank lending is the improvement of methods for substantiating and analyzing reliability indicators based on statistical data on the actual operation of inter-bank lending. The analysis of statistical data was carried out using software: STATISTICA, Mathcad. The probability of failure-free operation was calculated and the laws of distribution of a part of the MDC KB-210 elements were determined. This makes it possible to evaluate their functional reliability, which will allow you to make informed decisions while ensuring a sufficient level of performance of MBC in fields in Western Siberia.
